This May 5th, civic events were held on the esplanade of Santa María Huatulco and in the Guelaguetza Park of the Santa Cruz Huatulco Agency: in commemoration of the CLXIII Anniversary of the Battle of Puebla.
The Municipal Government, presided over by Ing. Julio Cárdenas, led these ceremonies to pay tribute to General Ignacio Zaragoza and the heroes who, in 1862, defended national sovereignty with courage and conviction.
With unity and respect for our history, in Huatulco we continue to strengthen the values that define us as a people.
