The 6th edition of the Community Circular Market was held with strong participation. This initiative promotes solid waste separation and the circular economy by exchanging plastic and aluminum for basic food products. A total of 68 families from Huatulco participated in the event.
Thanks to the efforts of the Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, led by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, 1,225 kilograms of waste were collected, preventing these materials from ending up on streets and in public spaces, while generating benefits for the environment, household economies, and the health of our community.
