The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, led by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, held the Flag Raising Ceremony in commemoration of the 215th Anniversary of the Start of Mexico's Independence. A solemn tribute to remember the heroes who gave us freedom and nation.
