How to request public information?

Any person, directly or through a legal representative, may request access to public information, as well as exercise ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition of personal data).

Access the National Transparency Platform through the official website.

Visit our offices to submit your request. We will help you fill out the form.

Requirements to request information

  • Name or general details of the applicant (optional).
  • Address or means to receive notifications.
  • Clear and precise description of the requested information.
  • Any other data that facilitates the search for the information.
  • Preferred format for receiving the information.

Response times

  • 20 business days as the maximum term to respond to your request.
  • Possible extension of 10 additional business days.
  • 5 business days to notify the applicant if the request is not clear.
  • 3 business days to notify if the information is publicly available.
