As part of the permanent actions to preserve the municipality's natural spaces, the Directorate of the Federal Maritime Terrestrial Zone (ZOFEMAT), in coordination with street vendors, carried out a cleaning day at La Entrega Beach, performing sanitation work on the beach, access points, and mangrove area.
During this day, 68 kilograms of waste were collected, contributing to maintaining a clean, safe environment in balance with the environment for visitors and wildlife. The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, reaffirms its commitment to the conservation of our beaches through permanent actions that strengthen coastal care and ecosystem protection.
