Responding to the invitation from the State Coordination of Civil Protection and Risk Management, and by order of the Municipal President of Santa María Huatulco, Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the Huatulco Civil Protection and Firefighters Directorate, participated in a working meeting in the municipality of San Miguel del Puerto Government 2026 - 2028 with owners and managers of tourist centers and waterfalls.
The meeting aimed to strengthen prevention and security measures in the area, promoting the development of internal Civil Protection plans, as well as the training of personnel who attend to visitors and tourists.
The Municipal Government reaffirms its commitment to work in a coordinated manner with the Municipality of San Miguel del Puerto, presided over by Mr. Jose Luis Bohorquez Lopez, to strengthen security, prevention, and tourist services.
