Within the framework of World Environment Day, the Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, through the Directorate of Sustainability and in collaboration with GIZ and CONECKTA, delivered a Bocashi composting workshop to the Municipal Nursery team, with the aim of strengthening the use of organic waste and promoting sustainable practices for the benefit of the environment.
This technique allows waste to be transformed into high-quality natural fertilizer to enrich soils and promote plant growth.
With these actions, the Municipal Government, presided over by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, continues to promote initiatives that foster environmental education, the circular economy, and the care of our natural resources.
