As part of the “Huatulco Wants You Alive” campaign, the Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, led by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the Municipal Traffic Police, in coordination with the National Guard and the State Traffic Police, carried out a traffic operation to reinforce compliance with the mandatory use of helmets.
During the operation, infraction tickets were issued to motorcyclists who were not wearing this safety element, in accordance with the Municipal Traffic Regulations and the Traffic Law of the State of Oaxaca.
Remember that a helmet is not an accessory; it is a barrier between tragedy and the opportunity to return home.
