Tequio in Sector U2 to Improve Public Spaces

A Tequio was held in Sector U2 to improve the cleanliness, safety, and lighting of public spaces.

This Saturday, October 3, a Tequio community workday was held along the central median of Sector U2 in Santa Cruz Huatulco. Various municipal departments carried out cleaning, pruning, maintenance, and electrical system inspection activities, with special attention given to improving public lighting to provide greater safety for those who travel through the area daily. The participating departments included Housing, ZOFEMAT, the Electrical Brigade of the Municipal Agency, Nautical Services, Sustainability, Municipal Services, and Traffic Management.

The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, led by Engineer Julio Cárdenas, recognizes and appreciates the participation of the local residents who joined this workday. When government and citizens work hand in hand, the results are reflected in cleaner, safer, and more dignified spaces for everyone.
