Strategic Session with Aquila and FCCA to Strengthen Cruise Industry Development

Huatulco's Municipal Government and Tourism Directorate held a virtual session with Aquila and FCCA to strengthen the cruise industry.

The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the Directorate of Tourism, held a virtual Strategic Needs Assessment session, a training provided by Aquila Center for Cruise Excellence, the exclusive training partner of the Florida Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA).

For 90 minutes, personalities from the tourism, maritime, and governmental sectors worked collaboratively to identify the destination's strengths and opportunities through a SWOT analysis, with the purpose of consolidating strategies that strengthen the cruise industry in Huatulco.

This exercise is part of the commitment of the Municipal Government and ASIPONA, who hold Platinum memberships with the FCCA, reaffirming their vision of sustainable development, professionalization, and excellence in tourist services.
