The Municipal DIF System of Santa María Huatulco, headed by Lic. Jazmin Villar, through its Nutrition Department, held talks on healthy eating during the school years at Niños Héroes de Chapultepec Elementary School, U2 Norte Sector, providing students with tools to understand the importance of a balanced diet.
As a mother, I know that teaching them to take care of their diet also means caring for their future. Let us continue developing habits from childhood that contribute to their well-being and a healthier life.
