Through the Directorate of the Federal Maritime Terrestrial Zone (ZOFEMAT) and in coordination with snorkelers from Playa La Entrega, the Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, carried out a Beach and Seabed Cleanup Day at Playa Violín.
Due to the arrival of solid waste transported by ocean currents, 8 kg of waste were collected from the seabed.
This action contributes to environmental conservation and the safety of visitors and fishermen.
