Worker Rescued from Well in Faisán Community

Civil Protection and Firefighters of Santa María Huatulco rescued a worker intoxicated in a 10-meter well in Faisán. He was taken to a hospital.

Elements of the Directorate of Civil Protection and Firefighters of Santa María Huatulco joined the rescue efforts of a male person in the Faisán community, after he entered a well approximately 10 meters deep to perform work with asphalt material, where he allegedly suffered intoxication that caused him to lose consciousness.
In coordination with State Firefighters, the Red Cross, and volunteers, rescue maneuvers were carried out with ropes in a confined space, successfully extracting the person who was then transferred to a hospital for medical attention.
