The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the Directorate of Civil Protection and Firefighters, and in coordination with the Huatulco National Park, held the Second Forest Fire Coordination Meeting.
During this important gathering, recognitions were presented to the Santa María Huatulco Rural Brigade, the Huatulco National Park Community Brigade, and the Santa María Huatulco Communal Brigade, as a token of gratitude for their work, commitment, and effort in protecting the municipality's natural resources.
The Municipal Government reaffirms its commitment to continue strengthening forest fire prevention and response strategies, prioritizing the safety of the population and the conservation of the environment.
