The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, headed by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the Municipal Youth Institute, held the workshop “Somatic Exercises and Body Ecology Readings,” a space aimed at young people focused on conscious movement and the exploration of the connection between body, mind, and emotions.
During the activity, based on neuroscience principles, self-awareness and emotional management were promoted, fostering a healthier relationship with the body and the environment from an artistic and social perspective.
