The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco conducted a supervision tour in risk zones of the municipality, led by Civil Protection and Public Security personnel, with the aim of reinforcing preventive measures ahead of the approaching Hurricane Erick, which has reached Category 3.
During the day, critical points were visited, and a direct call was made to families to take precautions and pay attention to official recommendations. Furthermore, the final details in the enabled shelters were verified, ensuring they are in conditions to provide refuge to the population that requires it.
