The Municipal Civil Protection Department delivered a talk on earthquake and emergency preparedness to students at Colegio Discovery, in the Municipal Agency of Santa Cruz Huatulco. As part of the activity, an evacuation drill was conducted, along with a demonstration of the use and function of a firefighter’s suit for responding to structural fires.
The Municipal Government, headed by Engineer Julio Cárdenas, will continue bringing these initiatives to schools to strengthen a culture of prevention from an early age.
