As part of the 2026 Day of the Dead celebrations, the Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, led by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, held the Traditional Mole Contest at City Hall. The event recognized and preserved recipes, flavors, and culinary knowledge passed down from generation to generation.
