In response to the warning issued by the State Coordination of Civil Protection regarding the formation of potential tropical cyclone Five-E, the operational areas of the Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco held a working meeting tonight to evaluate risk zones, possible maritime and land evacuation routes, as well as the preparation of temporary shelters if necessary.
From the Municipal Government, we continue to strengthen our contingency plan for natural disasters and urge the public to stay informed through official sources, and follow the instructions of Civil Protection.
