Huatulco Municipal Police Imparts Safety and Road Education Workshop to Elementary School Students

Huatulco Municipal Police imparts safety and road education workshop to elementary school students.

As part of the social proximity actions, a talk on Safety and Children's Road Education was given at the "Mi Patria es Primero" Primary School, where students learned about the importance of prevention and respect for traffic regulations.
During the activity, key recommendations were provided such as:
  • Precautions for those who arrive and leave school alone.
  • Do not talk to strangers.
  • Do not open the door to anyone if they are home alone.
  • Know the meaning of traffic lights for safe transit.
  • Look both ways before crossing the street.
  • Wear a helmet when riding a motorcycle.
  • Remind parents that when driving a car they should not use their cell phones.
This initiative was carried out by the Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, in collaboration with the Municipal Police, reaffirming the commitment to the safety and well-being of Huatulco's children. We will continue to promote strategies that strengthen crime prevention and foster trust in authority from childhood.
