The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, through the Health Department and in inter-institutional coordination with Civil Protection and Huatulco Firefighters, the Mexican Red Cross, and the CESA, has deployed medical units at various priority care points in the municipality.
Ambulances with paramedics are mobilizing to shelters located in:
- Arroyo Xúchitl (ANDANAC Foundation Elementary School)
- Health Center in Puente Copalita
- El Crucero Fractionation (20 de Noviembre Elementary School)
- Municipal Agency of Bajos de Coyula.
In addition, medical and nursing personnel were assigned to the CESA in Santa Cruz Huatulco and the Health Department in the municipal seat, with the active participation of doctors, nurses, and psychologists from the different institutions.
This joint effort reinforces preventive and emergency medical care for the benefit of the Huatulco population.
