The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through Costa Salvaje, conducted the "Introduction to Mangroves" training for ZOFEMAT personnel and module operators from the different beaches of the municipality.
This activity aimed to strengthen knowledge about the ecological importance of mangroves in the region, as well as to recognize the diversity of mangrove species that exist worldwide.
This type of initiative reaffirms the Municipal Government's commitment to environmental conservation and environmental education as key tools for the protection of our ecosystems.
