The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the IMJUVE Directorate and the Municipal Services Painting and Signage team, inaugurated the mural “Art that Transforms 2025”, a work created by talented young people within the framework of the campaign “For Peace and Against Addictions”.
This mural, located outside the Civil Registry, is a symbol of unity, reflection, and hope, seeking to raise awareness about mental health and the power of art to transform our community.
