The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the Public Works Directorate, initiated an important paving project in Sector U2 North, in the municipal agency of Santa Cruz Huatulco. This action will directly benefit the entire strip bordering Federal Highway 200, as well as the student community of COBAO Plantel 22.
The project includes the paving of 460 meters of hydraulic concrete, installation of storm drains, two retaining walls, and the placement of speed bumps to improve road safety.
During the commencement of the works, representatives from the communities of Chahué 1, Pajarito 1, Chahué 2, Faisán, La Bocana, La Jabalina, La Cadena, Arroyo Almacén, Chahué 3, Laguna Seca, Altis de Laguna Seca, and Rancho Pajarito were present, all areas that will directly benefit from this project.
The Municipal Government reaffirms its commitment to improving mobility, urban infrastructure, and the quality of life for Huatulco families. This paving project represents a firm step towards the urban development of Santa María Huatulco.
