Project 'Streets That Unite Us' Begins on Benito Juárez Avenue

The Municipal Government launched the 'Streets That Unite Us' project on Benito Juárez Avenue to create a safer, more walkable space. It prioritizes pedestrian mobility.

The Municipal Government, led by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the Municipal Planning Directorate and in coordination with the Traffic Directorate, Municipal Services, and the Public Works Directorate, launched the "Streets That Unite Us" project on Benito Juárez Avenue, in the municipal seat.

This intervention aims to make this important thoroughfare a safer, more organized, and walkable space.

Through the implementation of paint, planters, and signage, better conditions are being created for pedestrians, students, families, and merchants to move with greater peace of mind.

The project responds to the need to create more accessible urban environments, where pedestrian mobility is prioritized and the responsible use of public space is encouraged.

Because at some point in the day, we are all pedestrians: citizen participation is fundamental for the success of this initiative.
