In coordination with the Municipal DIF System, chaired by Lic. Jazmin Villar, the Municipal Institute for Women began a makeup course on September 1, with the participation of 20 women. This training continues the Isthmian hairstyling course, strengthening participants’ preparation to provide a comprehensive traditional Isthmian women’s styling service and turn these skills into a work opportunity.
The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, led by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, continues joining efforts with DIF Huatulco and ICAPET to provide women with tools to professionalize their skills and generate entrepreneurship and self-employment opportunities.
