The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, headed by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the Municipal Youth Institute, held the workshop "Emotional and Somatic Balance, with an emphasis on art and integral well-being" in Chahué Bay, where participants experienced a connection with their body, emotions, and environment.
During the activity, guided by facilitator Diego Lasso, conscious breathing, movement, meditation, and artistic expression dynamics were carried out, strengthening emotional well-being and promoting spaces for integral development for youth.
