The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the Civil Protection Directorate, actively participated in the National Drill 2025, reaffirming its commitment to the safety of citizens and those who visit the destination.
Different areas of the Municipal Government, commercial establishments, hotels and government offices joined this prevention day. The Civil Protection Directorate provided guidance and support in the process of said drill.
The objective of this exercise is to strengthen the response capacity to seismic phenomena, promote a collective awareness on prevention and improve coordination between authorities and population. Huatulco continues to build a safer and more resilient municipality.
