Huatulco Strengthens its Tourist, Cultural, and Productive Presence

Huatulco participated in Guelaguetza Ní Wan Do’o 2026, strengthening its tourist and cultural presence. Local attractions and products like mezcal and honey were promoted.

Santa María Huatulco's participation in the Guelaguetza Ní Wan Do’o 2026, held in San Mateo Río Hondo, strengthened the destination's presence in a space for cultural, artisanal, and tourist promotion. Through the Municipal Tourism Directorate, two stands were set up to showcase Huatulco's attractions and promote local products such as Mezcal Los Abuelos, Mezcal Agave Hux, and Guayacanes Miel.

As part of this strategy, "Ven a Huatulco" brand kits were distributed, complemented with tourist and hotel material from the Huatulco Hotels and Motels Association and samples of Café Nikos. The Municipal Government, led by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, continues to strengthen collaboration with the tourism and productive sectors to project Huatulco's richness, identity, and offerings.
