Tourism service providers in Huatulco participated in a specialized training session provided by Aquila Center for Cruise Excellence and the Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA), focused on strengthening the service, hospitality, and experience that our destination offers to international cruise travelers.
This preparation strengthened knowledge and tools to continue raising service quality and consolidating Huatulco as a competitive destination prepared to receive visitors from different parts of the world.
The training resulted from joint efforts by the Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, led by Eng. Julio Cárdenas; the Government of the State of Oaxaca, headed by Eng. Salomón Jara Cruz; and the Oaxaca State Secretariat of Tourism, led by Saymi Pineda Velasco. These institutions are working together to strengthen tourism and cruise activity in our destination.
