Huatulco Leaves Its Mark at Tianguis Turístico 2026
Huatulco successfully concluded its participation in the 50th Tianguis Turístico 2026 in Acapulco, showcasing 'Sones y Chilenas' and virtual reality.
As part of the Municipal Government's effort, led by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, to promote and position Santa María Huatulco among Mexico's most important destinations, our municipality proudly concluded its participation in the 50th edition of Mexico's Tianguis Turístico 2026, held in Acapulco.
On the final day, the presentation of “Sones y Chilenas de Huatulco” shared with the public the joy, tradition, and identity that distinguish us. Additionally, the tourism sector held important business meetings that strengthen the promotion and competitiveness of the destination.
During this participation, the virtual reality activation stood out for the great response from visitors, who were able to experience in an innovative way some of the unique experiences that make Huatulco special.
