The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Ing. Julio Cárdenas Ortega, reaffirms its commitment to gender equality by promoting actions that guarantee equal opportunities for all women. At the presidium table, representing the municipal president, was the Municipal Trustee, accompanied by the councilors of the Cabildo, Municipal Agent, and the Director of Governance, who participated in the signing of the "TIP Distinctive" memorandum, an important step towards building fairer and more inclusive work environments.
Thanks to the support of the State Governor and the State Secretary, Lic. Edith Santibañez, this recognition promotes labor policies that consider the needs of women, including respect for their menstrual process and the strengthening of equitable conditions within the public administration. During the event, collaborators from different areas of the City Council were present, reaffirming the administration's commitment to inclusion and respect for their rights.
