This morning, the ZOFEMAT department, in coordination with the Municipal Agency of Santa Cruz Huatulco, carried out a cleaning tequio on the Certified Beach of Chahué. The Housing, Youth Institute, Culture, Sustainability, Human Resources, Social Communication, Roads, Planning, and Tourism departments joined this activity, and we are enormously grateful to COBAO Plantel 22 for joining this great work and involving their students in the care of our beautiful Huatulco.
We also thank the Clean Beaches Committee for providing their help and lending some tweezers and small sacks for this great work. This cleaning is a prelude to the upcoming NMX-aa-120-sci-2016 audit: Sustainable Clean Beach.
Together we continue building the green Huatulco we deserve.
