FOR A SAFER HUATULCO FOR WOMEN!

IMMUJER and Public Safety conducted outreach campaigns to share information about support services and violence prevention for women.

As part of Orange Day, the Municipal Women’s Institute (IMMUJER), in coordination with Punto Violeta and Municipal Public Safety, conducted a door-to-door outreach campaign in the communities of El Faisán and Puente Cuaji. The campaign was part of the “A Safer Huatulco for Women” program and provided information about services offering assistance and support to women, the Safe Women Patrol program, and the 911 emergency number.

The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, headed by Engineer Julio Cárdenas, continues to promote prevention, guidance, and community outreach initiatives to ensure that women and girls in our municipality live in safe, violence-free environments and have access to support services.
