Within the framework of the International Day for Biological Diversity, an environmental education activity was carried out with first-grade students from Centro Escolar Huatulco, with the aim of fostering environmental awareness and the care of coastal ecosystems from an early age.
The activity was conducted in coordination between ZOFEMAT and Huatulco National Park, through playful and interactive dynamics focused on proper waste separation, beach care, and the protection of marine fauna. Through play and participation, the children learned the importance of keeping natural spaces clean and adopting responsible actions to conserve our environment.
The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, continues to promote activities that strengthen environmental education and respect for biodiversity in our children.
