Within the framework of the National Day "For Peace and Against Addictions," promoted by the Government of Mexico, the Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the Directorate of the Municipal Youth Institute (IMJUVE) and in coordination with the Painting and Signage brigade of the Municipal Services Directorate, joined the "Art That Transforms 2025" program with the creation of a mural.
Young people from the community actively participated in this initiative, which seeks to reclaim public spaces, express ideas, and strengthen the social fabric around mental health, addiction prevention, well-being, and environmental care.
With actions like this, the commitment to building a culture of peace, creativity, and social awareness is reaffirmed, recognizing the talent and energy of Huatulco's youth.
