As part of the second phase of this program, Huatulco tour guides continued their International Certification of Excellence for Tourist Guides, strengthening their knowledge and tools to provide higher-quality experiences and services. In addition, the training course “Excellence in Service: Creating WOW Moments” was provided for service providers and individuals involved in tourism assistance.
The training program concluded with the final evaluation of the participating guides. The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, headed by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, continues to promote the professionalization of the sector to strengthen Huatulco’s tourism quality and competitiveness.
