Crocodile Relocated in Tangolunda Bay

A crocodile was safely captured in Tangolunda Bay through collaborative efforts and relocated to a suitable habitat in the Ventanilla area.

The Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Ing. Julio Cárdenas, in coordination with jet ski service providers, lifeguards, and the National Guard, successfully captured a crocodile in Tangolunda Bay.

The specimen was handed over to the municipality's Civil Protection and Fire Department, who transferred it to the Ventanilla area for relocation to a suitable habitat.

With responsible actions, we protect the safety of visitors and residents, and care for the fauna of our municipality.
