The Municipal DIF System, headed by Lic. Jazmín Villar, held the talk “Know Yourself, Take Care: Let’s Talk About Breast Cancer” at the Santa Cruz Huatulco Municipal Agency as part of Pink October activities. The event provided a space for dialogue to share key information, answer questions, and reinforce the importance of self-examination and early detection.
The institution promotes the health of women in Huatulco through preventive initiatives that address these topics responsibly, sensitively, and in an environment of trust across different communities.
These informational sessions are also part of an ongoing effort to bring awareness services to the community, helping people care for themselves and make timely decisions in support of their well-being.
