Through the Huatulco DIF System, headed by Lic. Jazmin Villar, and in coordination with the Municipal Institute for Women and ICAPET, the Course on Makeup for Isthmian Attire concluded. Participants acquired new techniques and tools that strengthen their skills while contributing to the preservation and appreciation of our traditions.
The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, headed by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, continues to promote training opportunities that provide new opportunities for women from Huatulco and keep our cultural identity alive.
