With the aim of strengthening the safety of Huatulco's fishermen, the Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, through the Treasury Department, delivered marine radios to improve communication during their workdays at sea.
The delivery was led by the Treasury Councilor, Ersa García Lavariega, representing the municipal president, Ing. Julio Cárdenas, who reiterated this administration's commitment to the well-being and protection of those who dedicate themselves daily to fishing activity.
These equipment will allow constant communication with the mainland, which represents a key tool for risk prevention and a timely response to any eventuality.
The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco recognizes the effort of this productive sector and will continue to promote actions that contribute to its development in safer and more dignified conditions.
