Cleanup Actions at Tangolunda Beach

Huatulco's Municipal Government, via ZOFEMAT, conducted a cleanup at Tangolunda Beach, collecting 37 kg of waste to protect mangroves and coastal fauna.

The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the ZOFEMAT Directorate, carried out a cleanup day at Tangolunda Beach, with the aim of preventing waste accumulation, protecting the mangrove, and reducing the impact of pollutants on coastal fauna.
During this activity, in coordination with street vendors and tourism service providers, 37 kg of waste were collected. These actions contribute to maintaining clean, orderly, and suitable beaches, promoting the care of the natural environment and a better experience for everyone.
