The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the Directorate of Civil Protection and Firefighters, participated in the assistance and aid efforts following a road accident registered on federal highway 200, in the section between Crucero de Piedra de Moros and Cuajinicuil Bridge.
Operational personnel immediately responded to provide support in coordination with various emergency corporations, offering pre-hospital care to injured individuals and collaborating in security actions in the area. Additionally, fuel spill cleanup operations were carried out to prevent additional risks and ensure the safety of those traveling on this road.
Mexican Red Cross, National Guard, Municipal Police, State Traffic Police, and tow truck services participated in these actions in a coordinated manner. The Municipal Government acknowledges the joint work of the institutions involved and reiterates its commitment to timely response in emergency situations.
