The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, led by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the Directorate of Civil Protection and Firefighters Huatulco, responded to a distress call regarding an aggressive beehive located at the State Fire Station on Chahué Boulevard.

Specialized personnel used a smoker to control the beehive and provided safety recommendations to both firefighters and passersby.

Subsequently, a beekeeper assessed the swarm and determined that, for safety, the relocation would take place during the night to prevent incidents.
