With the aim of coordinating joint tourism promotion actions between the state of Chiapas and Huatulco, the Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the Directorate of Tourism, carried out a visit to the facilities of the Huatulco International Airport (ASUR), led by the Undersecretary of Tourism Development of the State of Chiapas, Andrés Sánchez de León.
During the tour, available spaces were reviewed to implement dissemination strategies that strengthen the regional projection of both destinations, promoting their presence at key arrival points for national and international tourists.
C.P. Margarita Arroyo Spamer, Administrator of ASUR, expressed her gratitude and recognition for the interest shown by both entities, highlighting the importance of this type of strategic alliance for the promotion of regional tourism.
This collaboration reaffirms the commitment of the participating institutions to the tourism development of the south of the country, betting on joint work as a tool to expand the reach and positioning of their destinations.
