Due to increasing wave activity, preventive warning flags have begun to be placed at Huatulco beaches. A red flag has been raised at Santa Cruz Beach, and visitors and residents are urged to follow lifeguards’ instructions and avoid entering the sea.
Maritime conditions continue to be monitored. Depending on wave behavior, the corresponding signage will be placed at other beaches, such as Arrocito and Maguey.
