The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Ing. Julio Cárdenas, through the Tourism Directorate, in coordination with the Civil Protection and Fire Department Directorate, and with the support of Rescue Kai 2017, imparted the Aquatic Rescue Course for tourism service providers in Playa Maguey.
These training sessions are fundamental to reinforce safety in the destination, providing service providers with the knowledge and skills necessary to act in emergency situations. For this reason, in this prevention activity, approximately 30 tourism service providers were trained.
Likewise, personnel from Huatulco National Park and Costa Salvaje (Wildcost) also joined this training. This training is part of the preventive measures prior to the Holy Week Vacation Season, guaranteeing better care and protection for tourists and visitors.
