Despite the red flag and the instructions issued by Lifeguards and Municipal Police officers, some individuals continue to attempt to enter the sea at Chahué Beach, undertaking this action at their own risk and ignoring preventive recommendations.
The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, urges the population and visitors to respect the signage and the instructions of security personnel. These measures have the sole objective of protecting lives and preventing accidents given the undertow conditions.
