Today marked the kick-off of the 34th edition of the International Marlin Fishing Tournament, one of the most representative sport fishing events in Huatulco, bringing together national and international participants.
We recognize and congratulate the organizers of the Huatulco Fishing Club for making this important event possible, which strengthens tourism and projects our destination nationally and internationally.
During the tournament, the Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco maintains a preventive presence through the Civil Protection Directorate with lifeguard personnel and vessel monitoring, as well as elements of the Traffic Police and Municipal Police, who provide support to guarantee safety, order, and mobility in the area.
