The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, led by Engineer Julio Cárdenas, continues implementing road safety awareness and education initiatives. This Friday, a briefing was held at the facilities of the Twentieth Naval Zone, focusing on the importance of following safety measures and properly using personal protective equipment when operating motorcycles and vehicles.
In response to road accidents involving motorcyclists, essential recommendations were reinforced: always wear a helmet, observe speed limits and traffic signs, avoid using mobile phones, do not drive under the influence of alcohol, and use appropriate protective equipment.
